Wedding at Eagle Dancer Ranch | Erin and Alex

November 29, 2017

EVENT VENDORS

Erin and Alex had a truly beautiful wedding day. The kind that makes every photographer giddy! Her insanely gorgeous champagne colored lace dress was everything. The florals from HEB Blooms were done oh so well, the perfect peachy pink palette. The venue, Eagle Dancer Ranch is pretty sprawling. The groom provided a couple golf carts for people to get around which we also had a little fun with. We were able to take the golf carts all around the venue, including by the river side which was perfect for some bride and groom portraits.

The ceremony site was completed with the beautiful stained glass windows from Cru Rentals which made for the perfect backdrop! So many things aligned so beautifully for this wedding, I can’t imagine it going any better! Even the horses came out to play.

Erin, Alex and I were able to get so many gorgeous photographs on their wedding day because they left a ton of time for wedding portraits after the ceremony and before the reception. We took full advantage of the time and we were able to get some gorgeous photographs!

Wedding tip 1: Try to have at least 45 minutes to 1 hour for portraits, it also helps to have a cushion if the time line is running behind. Its nice to have a little breather after the ceremony for you to enjoy each other too!

Wedding Tip 2: Have all your details set aside for me when I get there, that way I can start photographing them right away! The best details are things like your rings, perfume bottle, invitation suite, jewelry, shoes and your florals. Of course anything else you would like photographed as well!

Wedding Tip 3: Things will go wrong on your wedding day, don’t stress! It literally happens at every single wedding, and every single time the wedding is still wonderful and amazing and exactly how it should be! The most important thing is that you enjoy your day!
